Patient experienced following symptoms <1min after injection in the left knee (had similair injections in past): - tinnitus - diaphoresis - chestpain - Uncontrolled movement of upper limbs - dizziness - Slurred speech - RR160/93 SR95bpm - Slight ST-elevation I, AVl and depression III, AVF - Metal taste (after start intralipid) - Patient remainded conscious
Patient was moved to the ER and given Intralipid en kept for observation on the ICU where: - Stayed hemodynamic stable - Chestpain remained present with troponine <5, secundair to LAST? - tremors faded
