Our dept (Hereford County Hospital, UK) are trying to develop a protocol for the use of intralipid 20% for LAST in children. We currently use the AAGBI guidelines for LAST in adults. However, this does not apply to children. I have contacted Fresenius Kabi who were unable to provide any information at all, but referred me to lipidrescue.
