Had a recent case of levobupivacaine toxicity in 8 month old after caudal injection. Arrythmia was predominantly VT but we continued CPR uninterrupted until lipid bolus given rather than attempting DCC as soon as possible ( which may have been about 1 minute earlier). Sometimes the defib will arrive in theatre before the lipid - what would others do; shock immediately or continue CPR until bolus lipid administered?
