I am curious to the reason why one would decrease the amount of epinephrine when doing ACLS, prior to a lipid emulsion bolus. Going from 1000mcg to 70mcg is quite a difference. When using a prefilled 1:10,000 syringe, it's not a problem. The question I have is why should we do this?
