In the top half of the dose directions, it is recommended that a bolus of 1.5mL/kg be used and may be repeated up to 3mL/kg. In the bottom half of the directions, it states that the bolus dose can be repeated up to two times.....this would be a max bolus dose of 4.5mL/kg. Can you please clarify?
