Congratulations for setting up such a wonderful resource for management of local anaesthetic toxicity. Can you please inform when this was originally set up, how many cases have been reported so far where lipid emulsion has been used successflly or otherwise and whether there are case reports on the use of cardio pulmonary bypass for resuscitation of cardiac arrest following local anaesthetic toxicity.
