Ingestion: ~1g Amlodipine (EBW 60kg) + Metformin unknown amount

Therapies:
IV Fluid resuscitation
CaCl 3 amps
Norepinephrine 30mcg/min
NaHCO3 for severe metabolic lactic acidosis
HIE 1u/kg bolus, with escalating infusion up to 5u/kg and repeated boluses up to 5u/kg
Intralipid 100cc bolus, followed by infusion x 1hr

Outcome:
No change in hemodynamics (bradycardia, hypotension) with NE, HIE or Intralipid
Required no glucose supplementation
Patient died ~12hrs after ingestion of progressively worsening cardiogenic shock
