20 yo girl post procedure using midazolam, fentanyl, and 15mLs of intra cervical 1% lignocaine intraoperatively. 15 minutes post procedure seizure like activity with hypotension and tachycardia. Possible pseudo seizure but also possibility of allergic reaction. Given 50mLs of 20% intralipid. No obvious side effects afterwards.
