72 year old male coming for total knee arthroplasty. Plan for Femoral Nerve Block and IPACK block for POPM. Femoral nerve block place using ultrasound, 0.5% bupivicaine and exparel. LAST symptoms began 2 minutes after conclusion of block. Lipids started in 2 minutes with no progression to seizure or cardiac events
